Every couple and every love story is unique, and your wedding day should reflect this. Before we start dreaming up your design, we want to know more about you. Your likes, dislikes, relationship quirks and personal style. How you met, and how you popped the question. What elements are a priority to you, and what you can live without. Taking the time to get to know you both allows us to build a beautifully authentic visual story that reflects you to an absolute tee.

 

We love working with style-conscious couples who share our passion for pretty details, dreamy tablescapes and stunning florals. With a personable approach, responsive communication and one-on-one service, we pride ourselves on building genuine friendships with each and every client.

 

From creating mood boards to coordinating suppliers and bringing it to life on the day, we do it all (and more!) so you can enjoy a seamless, stress-free celebration.

Styling + Concept Design

You have some vague ideas and a Pinterest board overflowing with inspo pics, but what you need is someone to help execute your vision. We’ll tie all of your jumbled thoughts and inspiration together into one cohesive theme while ensuring your personality and style shines through.

 

Along with creating a custom design concept, we’ll also handle the behind-the-scenes stuff like sourcing materials, booking suppliers and managing your styling budget. Then, on the day itself, we’ll set everything up to perfection.

 

       What’s included:

 

  • Initial styling consultation to uncover your vision and priorities for the day 

  • Creation of a custom design concept and mood board for your approval

  • Face-to-face meeting at your wedding venue to discuss all styling details

  • Research, coordination and management of all wedding styling suppliers (including florist, lighting, stationery, furniture and decor hire). All suppliers and materials are quoted separately for your approval to ensure we work within your styling budget

  • Set-up and pack-down of all styling elements on the day

  • BONUS: Complete access to our Pretty in White styling collection at no extra charge

Wedding Planning + Design

Happy to hand over the reins and leave the wedding planning to a pro while you enjoy the lead-up to your special day? This comprehensive package is ideal for private property venues and marquee or tent weddings requiring a higher level of planning and coordination. 

 

From timelines to budget management, we’ll handle the entire process from conception to completion. Let us take the stress away and give you total peace of mind for a fabulous event!

 

       What’s included:

 

  • Initial styling consultation to uncover your vision and priorities for the day

  • Creation of a custom concept design and mood board for your approval (including tablescape mockup)

  • Researching, sourcing and managing all suppliers (including contracts, invoices and ongoing communication)

  • Creation and distribution of your wedding day timeline

  • Budget creation and management

  • 4 face-to-face meetings (including a ceremony and reception walk-through)

  • On-the-day set-up, coordination and pack-down of all styling elements (up to 10 hours)

Set up + Pack Down

This package is perfect for the uber-organised creative couple who has everything under control but needs a little help to bring it all together. Let us take the stress out of your DIY wedding, so you and your family don’t need to lift a finger on the day. Just sit back, relax and watch your hard work shine!

 

What’s included:

 

  • Initial meet and greet at the venue to discuss and handover wedding details (including set-up notes, ceremony and reception timings and supplier contact information)

  • Second site visit 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding to confirm all of the final details for the day

  • Unlimited email and phone correspondence 

  • Set-up of all styling elements (including furniture, place settings, stationery and signage) as per your instructions (up to 8 hours)

  • Pack-down of all styling elements, ready for supplier pick-up
